CHECK IN
It is compulsory to register all the people who enter and stay in the Camping della Colombaia. Upon arrival, guests are required to deposit a valid identity document for registrations and sending data in p.s.
The booking and subscription actions of the personal data document imply the acceptance of these regulations.
Each guest on this occasion will be given an identification bracelet to wear until the moment of departure.
At the reception you can find help and collaboration in any circumstance: to book excursions, boat trips, buy tickets for nearby attractions, buy swimming caps, book the change of sheets or towels and for various information.
CHECK OUT
For guests in a mobile home, the balance of the stay, together with that of the tourist tax, will be settled on site at the time of check out.
During check out, the deposit paid on arrival will be returned.
HOURS OF SILENCE, CLOSING OF GATES AND PROHIBITION OF CIRCULATION
Silence at night: 23.00-07.00. During the hours of silence, cars, motorbikes and campers cannot circulate inside the campsite and noises or noises that may in any way disturb the peace and rest of the guests are prohibited.
During the hours of silence at night the access barrier will be closed, but pedestrian access will always be possible.
VISITORS
Visitors on foot are required to pay the rate indicated in the price list or displayed at the reception, for each person and for any car at the stand.
They are also required to hand over their identity documents at the reception and pay the relevant fee at the cashier.
MINORS
Minors under 18 must be accompanied and lodged with their parents or with other persons who are legally responsible for them. Adults are responsible for the behavior of minors, who must always be supervised and accompanied to the toilets, the beach, the swimming pool and the playground.
VALUABLES
Each guest is required to keep the objects owned by her. In each mobile home there is a combination safe for guests to use. The Management declines all responsibility for loss, loss, theft of valuables or personal items or for damage caused by bad weather or force majeure.
IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO
Damaging plants and flowers, digging holes in the street and pitches, lighting fires and making charcoal barbecues, hanging ropes and awnings from trees and structures, tampering with communal equipment, washing dishes and laundry outside the sinks provided.
PETS
Pets are allowed on the campsite, subject to prior agreement with the management and in compliance with the law. A health certificate and a leash and muzzle are required when passing through the common areas. Pets are not permitted in the swimming pool area, spray park, playground and playgrounds.
CARS, MOTORBIKES, SPEED LIMIT
Cars and motorbikes may be parked in the spaces indicated by reception. Only one vehicle is permitted per accommodation unit, which is included in the price. Parking of a second vehicle is on request and subject to a charge.
In order to ensure the safety of guests on the campsite, the speed limit within the campsite is 10 km/h.
POOL
The pools are open in high season every day from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., with a lifeguard service throughout opening hours. During the low season, pool opening is subject to change.
Features: adults' pool 25 m x 12 m, depth 1.35 m - 1.80 m - children's pool 15 m x 16 m, depth 0.50 m - 1.15 m, depth 0.00 m - 1.25 m. New in 2023: heated pool with whirlpool for guests from 16 years of age.
In the spray park area, children must be constantly supervised by their parents, as well as in the nearby indoor mini club area with the ball pool and climbing wall.
Swimmcaps are compulsory and can also be purchased at reception.
ACCOMMODATION UNITS and PITCHES
On the day of arrival, accommodation will be available from 4 p.m. and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
The pitches are equipped with 220 volt/3 ampere electricity (EC plugs in use). The accommodation units may not be occupied by more than the number of persons determined by the Management, under penalty of cancellation of the on-site reservation.
In the mobile homes water and electricity are free of charge. The campsite participates in environmental sustainability programmes, so guests are asked not to waste these important and valuable resources.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, guests are liable to pay for the entire period booked. In case of non-arrival, the reservation confirmed with a deposit will remain valid until 12 noon the following day: after this deadline and in the absence of communication, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will not be returned.
FREE AND PAID SERVICES
The mobile homes are equipped with bed linen and towels. Any linen changes during the stay (for a fee) must be requested at reception the day before. High chairs and cots for infants, e-bikes are also available for hire at an extra charge. Laundry available from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. for a fee. For use please contact reception.
Parasols, sun loungers and deck chairs by the pool are available to all guests free of charge.
Final cleaning of the mobile homes is compulsory and must be paid for. Guests are requested to leave the dishes already washed and stored in the dedicated cupboards. The price list includes VAT. The price of the mobile homes includes a maximum of 56 hours of air conditioning per week, extra hours cost €0.90 per hour.
Together with the campsite regulations, this forms part of the booking conditions.
The Management is not liable under any circumstances for damage caused on the campsite to persons and property by natural disasters.
In the event of disputes, the Italian language version shall prevail and foreign language translations are for information purposes only.
