In particular, in the vicinity of the Camping della Colombaia, we suggest a visit to the castles of Padenghe, Moniga and Lonato del Garda, or a little further away Sirmione and Peschiera del Garda.
The daily ferry service offers the opportunity to visit most of the historic villages on the shores of Lake Garda with a wonderful view of the hills and mountains surrounding the lake. Always near the Camping della Colombaia, along the hills of Valtenesi you can visit the countless wineries and oil mills for a tasting of typical local products and the renowned Garda Oil. For sports enthusiasts, the Lake Garda area offers the possibility of practicing all sports from trekking to mountain biking, from windsurfing to kyte surfing or peaceful walks on foot, by bicycle or on horseback.
