RESERVATION OF THE STAY IN A MOBILE HOME or GLAMPING TENT
The reservation will be confirmed by sending the deposit equal to 30% of the total stay to be paid by credit card or bank transfer within 7 days from the date of request. The balance of the stay can be made directly in the structure at the time of check in.
In case of late arrival or early departure, no refund will be made by the structure: the booked period will be charged in full.
The assignment of the mobile home or glamping tent, depending on the type reserved, will be made by the management, which will try to take good note of the special requests of guests, to be considered however "not guaranteed reports".
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in from 4.00 p.m. Check out from 8.00 am to 10.00 a.m.
CANCELLATION PENALTY
In case of cancellations received from the moment of confirmation to 15 days before arrival NO penalty, the deposit will be totally refunded.
In case of cancellations received from the 14th day to 1 day before arrival and no show 100% of the deposit
Calendar days are considered, starting from the day following the date of dispatch, excluding the expected arrival day at the facility.
MINIMUM DURATION OF STAY
The minimum stay in the structure varies according to the period and the type of accommodation unit booked, as specified on our quotes and through our sales channels. .
CITY TAX
The tourist tax, to be paid directly at the campsite, is equal to Euro 1.00 per person per day from 14 years of age.
For the entire period, minors (up to 14 years of age), coach drivers who provide assistance and non self-sufficient disabled people (with appropriate medical certification and companion) are exempt from payment.
